How do i migrate a Lotus Notes mailfile to Outlook?

I have a local email archive Lotus Notes database (an NSF file) which I would
like to import into Outlook as a PST file.
 
I have the EXACT same issue Allos. We are using the Outlook 2003 client
until we can get totally away from Lotus Notes (ver 5x and 6x). I have
installed the Outlook connector for Lotus and it works great. The issue is I
have an NSF file in Lotus and a couple personal folders in Lotus I need to
get imported in Outlook 2003.

If you've figured out how to do this, could you share with me?
