Importing more than one Favorite at a time?

I have a lot of Favorite folders (and sub-folders) from a different OS installation
(Win98...I'm currently using Win2000). When I try to import some of them I looks like I
have to do one at a time...that would be thousands of imports if I wanted most of them.
Is there a way to import them a folder at a time? Or even a sub-folder at a time?

I'd appreciate any suggestions.

You don't use Import if you have not used Export.
Either:

1. Use File-Export on the Win98 system and create a single html file
to use on the Win2K system with File-Import
or
2. Copy the contents of the Win98 Favorites folder to the current
Favorites folder. Do this in Windows Explorer, not IE.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll just copy the contents...and I assume the current IE6
will read them if they're in the correct folder.
