Favorites Importing

Just a little background: I have 2 PC's WIN2k with IE
On both PC's I have my favorites with most origanized into folders an
some not
What I need to do is backup my favorites from PC#1 and maintain folde
structure. Then Import the Favorites to IE on PC#2 and maintain th
folder structure on favorites in PC#2 while adding the folders fro
PC#1. There are no folders or bookmarked pages that are the same o
either PC so Duplicate names won't be an issue. How do I do this
 
What exactly is the problem?
Doesn't IE-File-Import and Export do what you want?
Why can't you just export to a single HTML file on #1 and import that
file on #2?
