Importing messages and subfolders of Outlook Express into Outlook

I bought a new laptop with Vista and installed Microsoft Office Standard
2007. Now I want to import all my messages from an older desktop running
Windows 2000. The mailprogram I used on that machine is Outlook Express 6
 
First configure Windows Mail with your previous files from Outlook Express
(Windows Mail is the successor of Outlook Express). After this configure
Microsoft Office Outlook with your account information and use Export from
within Windows Mail to transfer the items.
