importing mail from one pc to another

I cannot start my pc but I have been able to remove the hard drive and can
access it on an external drive so it works as a external disk.
I need to know how do I get my emails (I know it must creat some sort of
file) and have them in a new pc
 
See www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx for the location of the message store.
Depending upon your system, search for *.dbx or *.eml and include hidden
files and folders in the Advanced Search properties.
