Importing Local Folders from OE to WM

Does anyone know how to import Local Folders from Outlook Express to Windows
Mail? I have address book and e-mails, but the local folders that I had
backed-up are in dbx format and will not import or open. Help!

If you have the emails, as you say? create new folders and put them in
there?
