Importing kept emails into Outlook 2003

Hello,

I am currently using Outlook Express 6 for my email. I am considering using
Outlook 2003 because of its PIM features. Can I easily import all my
Outlook Express folders and kept emails into Outlook 2003?

Outlook 2003 offers the choice of importing mail from Outlook
Express. As far as I know, it works fine and is easy to use, but
I've never actually done this myself.
