importing into outlook 2000

Hi, I am trying to import a pst file from outlook into my
laptop. when I import I get a file access is denied, I do
not have permission required to access. I can't see where
to set pemission or where to find the toggle for read
only. Thankyou for any help.

I Figured it out! I was trying to import the file from
the cd. When I placed it in a folder on the hard drive,
it loaded right up.
