Importing from PS3

Everything and everyone says I can import from PS3 to WMM, but when I save
the file in PS3 im only allowed to save it in wp3 format WHICH WMM will not
allow imported. Any suggestiongs, also once imported is it imported as a clip
and inserted on the timeline? In other words how do I manipulate it once I
get it there?
Thanks

..wp3 is your project file and is only compatible
with PS3. To save your PS3 project as a .wmv
movie file...try the following steps:

Advance to the "Save Your Story" screen

Select a profile for your movie...example:
"Save your story for playback on your computer"

Specify the save location...example: My Videos

Now for the simple but apparently overlooked
next step...Click the "Next" button.
