Is it possible to import files from microsoft word 2003 to outlook calendar?

Why would you want to place a Word document into your Calendar?

What I'm trying to do is attach a file, that I've scanned to microsoft word,
to my office calendar so when I sync to my handheld I can view it. I've been
able to attach the file to the calendar though it only attaches the file icon
and not the text.
I've tried the import export command though it doesn't seem to support the
microsoft word format. any suggestions?

Why are you using the Calendar for that? Isn't there a way to simply copy
the Word document to the PDA? What sync tool are you using?
