Importing files

I recently changed computers. New XP and Office 2003.
Tried to import archived Outlook Express files into
Outlook and now realise they are different file
extensions.
Outlook = pst Express = dbx , right?
How can I get my old emails from Express into Office 2003?

Import them into Outlook Express on the new machine first, and then export
to Outlook.

Your a genius. Fixed it in a flash. Didn't think I had
Express on here, but comes as part of IE of course.
I suppose you can also do it the other way round as well?
