Importing files problems

I have desgined a new contact form. When I open a new
contact, it works. But when I import the file form excel
it doesnt work.
now wht should i do so that after i import it, the
contact form will be the one i designed?

Hello Henry,

you have to change the message class from the imported contacts.

There is a freeware tool "DocMessageClass" that can do this.

There is also a Microsoft Tool available, but it works only till OL2000 not
with 2002.

DocMessageClass works also with OL2002.
