Importing contacts to a modified contact form

I am using Outlook 2003. I have modified the contact form, which I have
designated as the default contact form. I am now importing a contact list
from excel. That is working fine, except the imported contacts are using the
old outlook contact form. How do I get Outlook to import my list onto the
modified form?

#1 - Outlook import wizard does not import using custom forms. It will only
assign the standard message class to any contacts imported.

#2 - If you have no need to import any data to custom fields - you simply
need to re-assign the message class for the newly imported contacts (many
solutions available - ours is ContactGenie Message Class Modifier (free)

#3 - If you do need to import data to custom fields, you'll need to a) write
your own code or b) use a 3rd party solution in which case you may find this
