importing favorites?

When I try to import an htm file into my favorites, I get
the message "invalid filename". Not sure why this is
happening. It is an htm file.
 
"Not a valid bookmark file" error
Created by saving an emailed favorites export using File-Save

Open the page in Notepad and remove this first line:

<!-- saved from url=(0022)http://internet.e-mail -->
