Importing email from Outlook Exprees to Outlook 2002

Hey everyone.

I've recently loaded Office XP on my computer. As part of
that, Outlook 2002 was installed, and I would like to
switch everything (my rules, my contact lists, and my
email) from one to the other. However, I've been unable
to find a way to do so. Anyone have any suggestions?

You can either import the Outlook Express data into Outlook using the
import function of Outlook or export the data from Outlook Express to
Outlook using Outlook Express' export function. Some say that Outlook
Express' export function will do a better job. Either way, the
Import/Export functions of both programs are under their File menu
choices.
