Importing Email Addresses

Hi All, I have a website selling Kids Army clothing and toys ect ect. To make this quick i have been collecting the email address off the customers for a while now and have just over 3600 of them.

I have just been putting them into word pad one after the other followed by a ,

E/g
(e-mail address removed),
(e-mail address removed),
(e-mail address removed),

and now i want to start send them flyers of latest offers. I have tried to import the contacts but am having no luck.

i am using outlook express, id there a nice easy way of doing this?
