Importing e-mails and rules from Mozy backup

I've restored my Windows mail folders using Mozy and have located a bunch in
a directory that are slugged "OA7A342A-00000176, etc." When I open them with
Windows Explore, I can read the e-mail, but I can't import them from Windows
Mail. Can any one tell me how to move these e-mails into my Window Mail
folder?

Also, does anyone know if Mozy backs up the rules set up in Windows Mail. I
don't want to have to rewrite all those.

You can drag eml files overtop the message list of a WinMail folder and drop
them and they will be incorporated into that folder.
