Importing data and AutoCorrect

I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to replace data in a table.
I understand how AutoCorrect works and when I type something into a cell in
a table it works. However, when I import a .csv file, it doesn't replace the
cell as I have set up in AutoCorrect.

My question: How can I set up a table to automatically replace the contents
of a cell with what I have in AutoCorrect when importing a text file?

When I paste the contents of one cell in the table over itself it replaces
with the data that I want. However, when I copy and paste more than one cell
@ a time it does not .... I am getting mighty discouraged. Please help.
