importing contacts

I set up windows mail to access my att webmail, and I am able to sent and
received mail through windows mail, but I am not able to import all mail
contact and email address I have in att webmail, is there a way I can
download thos info to mey windows mail?

If you can get them as a csv file you might be able to import them into
WinMail.
