importing contacts from other computer

I've tried to import save contacts as CSV and excel files but cannot import
them because I don't have a translator installed (My computer came with a
trial issue of Office and apparently the translator isn't on it). Is there
another way to import them? Importing PST file just brings them into an
email message as an attachment.

You don't say where the contacts originate, However, assuming the files are
contact formatted save as .pst files. When you import Outlook you can
specify where to import the file.
