importing calendar sidekick 98

In calendar mode, using the import/export wizard, I select import from
another program. The next list has Sidekick 95 listed and doesn't include
Sidekick 98. I am currently running Sidekick 98 and the import wizard will
not recognize it when I try selecting Sidekick 95 from the list and importing
my Sidekick 98 calendar to Outlook 2000 calendar

What format does Sidekick 98 support? If .csv or .txt, export from Sidekick
and import into Outlook.
