importing and exporting wizard: static

Hello,

I am using Outlook2003. When I first open the wizard of importing and
exporting, it asks me "to choose a action to perform" but there is no action
for me to select. The description underneath says "static".

How could I fix the problem so that I can import contacts?

Don't import, use File > Open instead. It works much better.
Let me know how that turns out for you.
