THE NUMBERS ARE CORRECT.

Put a phony row of data just under your column titles with text in the
columns that have both text and numbers. That way Access will know the
column is text.

IN EXCEL THE ACCOUNT # IS 457KAA. WHEN IT GOES INTO ACCESS IT BECOME ######.
IF THE ACCOUNT # IS 951354 IN EXCEL IT STAYS AS 951354 IN ACCESS. THE FIELD
IS TEXT IN ACCESS .
