IMPORTING ADDRESS BOOKS TO OUTLOOK

I JUST LOADED OUTLOOK AND HAVE EMAIL SET-UP. I HAVE AN ADDRESS BOOK IN EXCEL
FORMAT SAVED ON MY DESKTOP. HOW DO I IMPORT THAT INTO "CONTACTS" IN IT'S
ENTIRETY WITHOUT SAVING ONE AT A TIME?
