Importing a table

When importing a table, I expanded the options menu and noticed the radio
button "import/export specs". What does this mean?

It allows you to import the specifcations associated with the object that you
are importing.

To find out further information ; just simply click on the question mark
(?) in the right hand corner of the import dialog box and click on the radio
button or whatever part you wish to find out more information on.
