Imported Excel titles, scales won't print on charts in powerpoint

I have imported Excel charts into PowerPoint, and they look great on the
screen. I can print them as they appear on the screen. However, I e-mail them
to other people and the scales and titles won't print on other people's
printers even though they have the same version of PowerPoint. Why does my
printer print everything on the screen but other people can't do the same?

"won't print" means what exactly? Remember, we can't see anything but your
descriptions. ;-)

What font are you using for the scales and titles, though?

I am using Arial 10-12 bold for my titles, legend and scales around bar
charts in Excel, then importing them into Powerpoint. When I e-mail the
charts, others can see all of the titles, etc., but the Excell titles, etc.,
won't print. I have tried a variety of colors - light and dark yellow,
turquoise, etc. I have also tried editing the colors in PowerPoint. My
printer prints the title, legend, and scales in all colors using grayscale
and black and white, but the titles, etc., won't print for anyone else I
e-mail the report to.

Thanks for the extra detail. Now at least my mental picture will print here. <g>

How have you imported the charts into PPT? There are a couple different ways of
doing it.

Do they fail to print correctly for *everybody* who receives them or just for some
people?

Have you tried ungrouping the charts then regrouping before sending (do this only on
a COPY of your real presentation)
