Import Win 98 user profile

Hello
I have to replace 20 old PC (Win98) by 20 new PC (Win XP Pro). What is the best way to "copy" the Win98 users infos (favorites, cookies, desktop items,....) to Win XP? Where are located the files? Are there some special tools or procedure? All these machines are on a LAN..
Any suggestion is welcome

You can run FASTWIZ.EXE on each client or you can script this using the USMT
tool. Find both on the XP CD.
