Import or Export Addressbook

How do I import somebody elses address book or does the other person have to
export it
 
By address book, do you mean their contacts folder? You can copy it into your mailbox and export from there. If you have write access to it, you can copy individual items into that folder.
 
All I need is their name and email address. How do I copy it into the mailbox?
 
You still haven't said what you mean by "address book." In other words, what is the source of this data?

The default Contacts folder in another Exchange mailbox? If you have read access to it, you can select all the items and copy them into a folder in your own mailbox.
