Import Non-Primary Calendar

I have two calendars on my computer, and I would like to import an ICS
file into the non-primary calendar. Does Outlook provide a way to
easily do this?

Look at the options in Import./Export - if not, import it into the default
calendar, sort by the modified field and drag the items to the other
calendar.
