Import Nescpae Mail into Outlook 2003

Hello,
Can somebody tell me how to import my netscape mail
folder and address book into Outlook 2003. Outlook 2002
had a provision for this, but as far as I can tell, 2003
does not? I am not using the web based Netscape Mail, I
have netscape communicator 7.1 and I have been using
Netscape mail to access my Pop3.

install Netscape 4.7, open your mailbox with it. Import into OE and export
from OE to Outlook.
