OK, here's the problem.
I have been using Outlook for email only. I don't need it for managing
contacts as I already use a contact managment program. I would like to know
however how to back up strictly the address book and groups within that
address book.
Otherwise how can I "import" email addresses with names into Outlook Express

TIA

File | Import and Export ... export your Contacts folder to a PST.

Create a new PST and copy the Contacts folder to it. Save that PST. You
will, however, need Outlook to read it. Outlook Express can't. Otherwise,
you can export it to a CSV file, which Outlook Express can read.
