Import from Outlook to Outlook Express

I want to switch from Outlook to Outlook Express. Is there a way to import
my Outlook Address Book and Email Folders (structure and content)?

Yes, if both are now installed, the OE file menu has the import item, and the OE address book has one too

Yes they are both installed -- I have to have Outlook as the default when I
do this correct? Which selection from the OE Import file menu do I
elect? -- Address Book or Other AB and then do I select -- MS Exchange PAB
or MS Mail for Windows 3.1?

Outlook uses a PAB for addressbook, and a PST for mail
