Import from outlook express

Hi,
I read that I can import email express contents. The help file indicates,
doing the following :

"In Outlook, on the File menu, click Import and Export"

Whereas, Ihave nothisoption in my outlook menu file. should Install
somethingto have this option

What is listed there instead?
Note that you can also use Export from within Outlook Express

Don't import your mail from within Outlook as that changes the modified date
(on which Outlook bases some functions) to the date of import. Instead, use
Export from within Outlook Express.
