You can try exporting from OE to Outlook using OE's File menu > Export
commands

Use Export from within Outlook Express.

Best is to (manually) setup the account in Outlook first.

In Outlook, File-Import-Account settings and address book. Do NOT import
mail using this function. (The mofified date gets changed to the time and
date of import, whereas if you export mail from OE the modified date is the
date of receipt or sending)

In Outlook Express, export mail to Outlook.
