Import from csv file to BCM

Created a simple csv file with one name and phone number. Used File | Import
Wizard| BCM and mapped files. Wizard says import successful but no contact
infomation appears.

Hi,

Please check for the following:
- That "Import Duplicates" has been selected.
- Radio button for 'Business Contacts' is selected
- The mapping is proper, i.e Name hase been mapped to FullName of Business
Contact
