A google search on the term "export thunderbird to Outlook" will provide
the info you're looking for with a number of the results pointing to
tutorials on the subject.

Outlook has a specific set of pre-defined formats it will import so the
requirement is to get data from any other program into a format that
Outlook will recognize (hence the reason the search term suggested is
"export thunderbird to Outlook" instead of "import Thunderbird into
Outlook")
