Import/Export problem

I am running into a problem exporting Outlook 2003 from my mail server to a
PST file and then Importing it to another pc with Outlook 2000. The Outlook
2000 pc crashed the hard drive. I put the user temporarily on an Outlook
2003 pc. When I tried to import the saved PST file back onto the repaired
Outlook 2000 pc, it comes up with the message "The file C:\...pst is not
compatible with this version of the personal folder information service.
Contact your administrator.
The strange part about this is that I did this same process previously on
another pc. It seems that when I exported from Outlook 2003 it gave me an
option to export to a Outlook 98,2000 or 2002 file. This time I don't see
that option.
Can anyone help.

maybe you try
File > Open > Outlook Datafile and point to your pst file!
