import export not active - gray - pls HEEELP

I need to import my old pst files (2002) into new pst format (2007) because of the unicode troubles (my emails are not in english).

BUT the import export item in menu is not active.

ANYBODY, please can you help? I have no idea why that is happening to me.

I have copied, created etc different pst files into the proper outlook folder as always, so i can open them, switch among them so on.....

There is not a 'proper' outlook data folder, there 'is' a default location.
It is not neccessary to locate the data files in the default location.
If you have overwritten any data files then you may well have corrupted
them, and your Outlook Profile.
Within OL, File>Open>Data File
Copy data from old to the new, default set of Personal Folders.

You will not believe me, but I did not overwrite anything. ))

AND i logged into it after a week, and now it works. Unbelievable.

And i know why it was. It needed to apply language local to other applications........

HAHA (BUT vistas and office are english........)
