import/export menu option missing

I just upgraded to Office 2003 Pro (from Office XP Pro) and was trying to
back up my mailbox by exporting to a PST file. When I pulled down the File
menu, there was no import/export option! Has something changed? The MS
support documentation suggests that it should be right where it used to be....

I'm running XP Pro Build 2600.xpsp2 (SP1). I'm a grad student, so both XP
Pro and Office 2003 are volume-licensed university software.

Any ideas? I'm stumped....

Never export to a PST. You lose data that way. Likewise, never import from
