I have outlook 2003 on desktop and laptop and want to export calender, tasks,
notes and address book to the laptop. I have exported it to a floppy but the
laptop does not have the import - export heading under File. How can I
regularly send the desktop data to the laptop.

You create a new .pst file. You drag what you want to transfer to it. You
detach it from Outlook. You quit Outlook fully. You zip the .pst file. You
put the zipped file on the floppy. Take the floppy to the laptop. Reverse all
the previous steps within the laptop.

Do not export or import anything. That was a facility they were forced to
create because so many people were used to the process in Access. They never
did it right. Avoid it like the plague.
