Import/Export Groups

I am wondering about exporting groups of contacts to a file and then being
able to import them. I have been trying to do this, but must be doing
something wrong. I can import and export contacts that are not in groups,
but can't do it with those in groups.

I have a coworker who needs a copy of my contacts from Outlook 2003. I am
wondering how to export contact groups so that I can import them into
Outlook and also import into Outlook Express.
