import excel form into access

is it possible to import a form created in an excel project into access?

Not really.

Forms in Access are very different than forms in the other Office products.
I'm pretty sure Garry Robinson has something about using User Forms (which
is what the other Office products use) in Access on his site at
http://www.vb123.com, but I can't located it.
