Exporting a form

Quick question....I have a form in word that is used to gather info. When I
convert or try to import it goes crazy. Would it be easier to design the form
in Access then export to word in order to create template. Would this allow
me to bring the forms info into access better????

Yes.

Word tables are very, very different from Access tables, and can be a real
pain in the neck to work with. Exporting data from Access tables into Word is
(in my experience) not trivial but it's much easier than the reverse.
