import Encoding IBM 864 arabic

Dear all,
i have a text file made with encoding IBM 864 including Arabic letters and i
want to import it in access 2003 or 2007 but the encoding is not readable to
Access, or even windows notepad
what should i do to import this file?

Hi,

I am not familiar with that, but one web page indicated it is the
equivalent of Arabic (ASCII). Can you open the file in Microsoft Word and
then save a copy of it as UNICODE?
