Import contacts, folders and mail messages from Outlook 2003 to 20

Just purchased a new computer. I am trying to import my contacts, email
folders and messages from my old computer, which has Outlook 2003 to my new
computer, running Outlook 2007. What is the easiest and most effective way
to accomplish this? I have all of this data from the 2003 version on a zip
drive as a .pst file, but when I try the import function in 2007, it does
nothing. Thank you in advance!

Michael Bauer [MVP - Outlook]

Ensure the file is not write-protected, then in Outlook click
File/Open/Outlook Data File. Now you can copy the items or folders.
