Import Contacts, calendar from .pst file in which these two sections are in a
second tier of "All Folders".

In other words, I tried to import these two secions bur they ended up in a
second listing of "All Folders" under the origional.

This is one of many reasons that importing is a poor choice for transferring
Outlook data. Use importing only if you need to import from a different file
format.
You should instead open both PST files in the same profile and simply copy
from one to the other. For Calendar data you will need to switch to an
unfiltered table view of the first Calendar folder, such as By Category.
Then use CTRL+A to select all items. Right-click and drag the group of
items to the second Calendar folder. When you release the mouse button,
choose Copy from the menu.
