import and export not available in outlook 2007

I have a customer in Cave Creek AZ that does not have import and export on
the file menu. she is using exchange on a server for one of her mail boxes
but the other mailboxes (multiple) are on the laptop. She uses import and
export for backup and has asked me to see if she can get these options
available. I have checked faq's and discussion groups but have not found
this. I have a copy (picture) of the file options and the only thing unusual
(except that import/export is not there) is "cached exchange mode" she said
this is for her main account. This has not changed since office 2003 that
she was previously running.
 
does she have the Outlook Live version of outlook? That does not include
Import/Export for whatever reason.
 
She has the full version of Office 2007, bought it at Circuit City. How do I
tell if she is running live (which I doubt?)

if she bought a retail version it's not live - live comes direct from ms if
you have a subscription to outlook live.

did you try resetting the toolbar?

No, I have not had her reset the tool bar. where would i find the
instructions for that.

Diane, thanks. I contact my customer and her office said she is out of town
for a month and does not have e-mail access. I will reopen this if, when she
returns, this does not solve the issue.
