Imorting into Outlook Express from an archived copy

I have a new Laptop and want to import all my Messages & Contacts from an
archived copy of my old laptop's files. I have the old files in a folder on
the new laptop but can't seem to navigate to the correct place when using the
Import files function while runiing Outlook Express. What files am I looking
for to import ?
