I re-installed Outlook 2000 in the corporate mode. This has created a messy
address book whereby each name is repeated if there is more than 1 e-mail
address for the person. Also all fax numbers are listed as separate entries
creating a further entry for those names with fax numbers. Is this a feature
of the mode or is there a setting whereby each name can appear once only? I
would prefer to have only one name per entry. Does it mean I have to
re-install in the IMO mode?
The entries appear in the address book as SMTP or FAX
