Hi,

Up until about a week ago, I was using Outlook 2000 here at work (I'm on a
Microsoft Exchange Server), and I received messages almost the same moment
they were sent within the office. Now I've been "upgraded" to Outlook 2003,
and it takes about a minute for new messages to appear in my Inbox - I'm
receiving replies at the same time as I see my own emails! How can I go back
to seeing messages immediately?

Thanks!!

Sounds like you might be running in cached mode. (Right click on Outlook
Today - Mailbox <username> and select properties. Select Advanced button.
Go to Advanced tab.) If you are, let me tell you that cached mode is cool
and you should get used to the 1 minute delay (you will find out why if the
server ever disappears on you. outlook keeps trucking and doesn't lock the
desktop like its predecessor).
